I just finished this Strawberry Shortcake topper for a 1st birthday cake coming up this weekend. It is made completely out of fondant and is 100% edible. I am always nervous about re-creating anything well known such as a character, but I am totally LoViNg the way this cutie turned out. I almost hate to see it go.

LEMONADE- tasty, tangy, sweet. Our lemon cake is paired with zesty lemon curd and topped off with non other than lemon curd buttercream.
PEANUT BUTTER CUP "CAKE"- starts with our rich chocolate cake, filled with peanut butter buttercream, and rich chocolate ganache. a favorite treat turned a sure favorite cake.
BANANA CAKE- if you are a banana bread lover, then banana cake is an obvious choice for you. It is paired perfectly with our chocolate buttercream.
