This was a special birthday cake for my Dad, on his 70th birthday! Being a Hot Air Balloon pilot, I decided it would be perfect to replicate his first Hot Air Balloon he had back in the 70's, the balloon was named Icarus, after a story in Greek mythology. He absolutely loved it!
